1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or using the TradesAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TradesAI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
TradesAI provides AI-powered back-office automation for trades and home services businesses, including lead response, estimating, procurement, and invoicing agents. The Service integrates with your existing business tools and workflows to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
3. Account & Access
Access to the TradesAI dashboard requires providing a valid email address. The demo dashboard is provided for evaluation purposes and uses simulated data. Full production access requires a separate agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing your trades or home services business. You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
TradesAI uses artificial intelligence to generate estimates, respond to leads, and manage procurement. AI-generated outputs — including cost estimates, response messages, and supplier recommendations — are advisory in nature and should be reviewed before acting on them. TradesAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You remain responsible for all business decisions made using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by TradesAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
TradesAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at https://tradesai.com/terms. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
