We collect information you provide directly, including: • Email address (via the dashboard access form and demo request form) • Full name, phone number, company name, industry, team size, and message (via the demo request form) • UTM parameters and referral source (automatically captured from your visit) We also collect information automatically: • IP address • Browser user agent • Referring URL • Pages visited and interactions with the Service

4. AI Chat Data
When you use the AI assistant in the dashboard, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate responses. We do not store your chat conversations on our servers. Chat messages are processed in real-time and are not retained after your session ends. The AI provider may process your messages according to their own privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate TradesAI: • Supabase — database hosting for demo request data • Google Gemini — AI model powering the dashboard assistant • Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions • FeltSense Email Capture — centralized email collection across our products Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Demo request data is retained to follow up on your inquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@tradesai.com.

TradesAI uses browser local storage (not cookies) to remember your preferences: • Email gate completion status (expires after 24 hours) • Onboarding wizard completion • Guided tour completion These are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
